Where Therapy Is Available
Virtual across California and Nevada, in person in San Diego
Virtually for clients in Nevada and California. Feel free to be comfy in your own space, walk and talk to get a double dose of self-care, sit in your car for privacy, or use your lunch break without having to leave work. I’ve seen it all. If you live centrally in San Diego and would like to walk and talk at a park together, we can schedule a session at Fanuel Park along Mission Bay, or at Kate Sessions Memorial Park by arrangement. My office, in the Pacific Beach neighborhood, is available for EMDR sessions as well.

Meeting online in California and Nevada
Telehealth sessions are available anywhere in California and anywhere in Nevada, so you do not need to live near San Diego to work with her. Most of her practice is virtual.
In person in San Diego
If you are in San Diego, three in-person options are available alongside telehealth:
- The Pacific Beach office, which Ashley uses for EMDR sessions.
- Walk-and-talk sessions for people who live centrally in San Diego, usually at Fanuel Park along Mission Bay, with Kate Sessions Memorial Park also available by arrangement.
- Perinatal home visits in San Diego for pregnant and postpartum clients.
You can ask about any of these when you book a consultation.
Before an outdoor session, please review the walk-and-talk agreement, including public-space privacy, outdoor conditions, and physical considerations.

Why your location is the one that matters
A therapist’s license is tied to the state you are in when the session happens, not to where the therapist sits. Ashley’s California and Nevada licenses are what allow her to work with you; the Pacific Beach office does not extend that reach any further.
In practice, that means telehealth is available to you anywhere in California or Nevada, and the in-person options above are available in San Diego. If you are outside both states, or expect to be during a session, it is worth raising that before you book.
