Couples Therapy

Let’s do this, together.

  • For couples
  • Reproductive journey
  • Virtual or in person
  • Free 15-minute consultation

The seasons around trying to conceive, loss, pregnancy, and a new baby can put real pressure on a relationship, even a strong one. You may be grieving differently, coping differently, or simply passing each other in the exhaustion. Couples work here is about staying connected through the change, together.

How I work

My role is to listen deeply to hear what you might be struggling to articulate to each other, and to advocate for you. I practice from a foundation of Gottman Marriage Principles, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Parenting skills training via Dr. Dan Siegel & Dr. Becky Kennedy, all woven together with the Enneagram Personality Test. Most of all, I am passionate about learning with you, about you, and making the work of therapy engaging and fun.
